Great Colorado Air Show (GCAS) events and activities!

INDIVIDUAL OPPORTUNITIES
We are now accepting individual volunteers for the AIR SHOW at The Northern Colorado Regional Airport Saturday, September 20th and Sunday September 21st, 2025.
Volunteer Check-in / Info Booth
Volunteers for this are will check-in all volunteers and direct them to their job locations; then open the info booth/lost and found tent.
- 4 volunteers needed per day
- Ideally working both days
- Outdoor position all day, mostly a standing position with occasional seated tasks
- Shift time - 6:30am - 3:30pm
Handicapped Shuttle Drivers
Volunteers assigned to this area will be driving golf carts in safe and responsible manner. Must be able to assist other patrons on and off the cart.
- 6 positions per day
- Must be over 25
- Must be physically fit, able to lift 40 pounds, and assist passengers on and off the shuttle.
Sound Equipment Assistants
Volunteers assigned to this area will be helping to set up the sound system for the show. Monitoring during the event and tearing down on Sunday.
- 4 positions Thursday - Sunday, ideally able to help all 4 days
- Must by physically fit, able to life 40 pounds.
Concession Square Distribution
Assisting to distribute/collect Square terminal to concession groups.
- 4 positions Saturday and Sunday split shift
- Morning help arrive 6:10am to 8:00am; Afternoon arrive approximately 3:30pm to 6:30pm (or whenever all groups have checked out)

Air Show Concession Fundraising
Get involved in a fundraising opportunity at the 2025 Great Colorado Air Show at the Northern Regional Airport - Saturday, September 20th and Sunday, September 21st, 2025.
Who
Any groups or organizations wishing to raise funds for charities or clubs and organizations may staff a Merchandise or food booth at the event. The minimum age requirement for insurance purposes is 16 years old.
What
Concession booths will be set up, maintained and The Air Show Network will provide all product and inventory. Concessions require 12 volunteers per day, Novelty booths require 8 volunteers per day. Groups must be prepared to staff their booths for both days of the event. Due to traffic & parking challenges, split shifts are not permitted – full day volunteers are required. Concession Groups will receive 10% of gross sales after sales tax from concessions. Novelty booths will receive 8% of gross sales after sales tax from novelties.

Registration/ check-in begins at 6:30 am. Booths open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Training session: Wednesday September 17th early evening

Great Colorado Air Show works with local nonprofit organizations to help produce a successful airshow experience. Organizations may fundraise by staffing various volunteer opportunities such as Concessions and Merchandise. All volunteers need to be 16 years of age and up.
