Know Before You Go

Gates Open at 9:00am

Flying begins 10:30am

Chairs are not included for General Admission. General Admission ticket holders are welcome bring beach chairs and blankets to sit on.

Before you Leave Home

1. Screenshot or print your tickets before arriving at the event. Cell

service can be spotty and we need to scan your tickets for entry.

2. If you have a paper ticket, please place it in the driver’s side windshield and if you are using an e-ticket, please be ready to show your e-ticket on your phone to the parking attendants prior to entering the parking lots.

Getting to the Event

3. Please observe signage along the route since in some areas certain passes will be asked to move into a specific lane. This will help facilitate the parking.

4. All events are prone to traffic. The best way to avoid a delay is to arrive early. We suggest you arrive at 8:00am when the parking lots open. Refunds will not be issued for traffic-related issues.

5. VIP and ADA parking: For efficiency have parking pass or placard displayed on the dashboard if you do not have an ADA license plate. Follow signs for your appropriate area.

6. Do not trust GPS apps on your phone as navigation to the air show. Apps are unaware of road closures and the suggested shortcuts may bring you to a closed road or a detour. Follow variable message boards for your best route to the show. Attendants will direct entry to the event upon arrival at the airport.

7. Rideshare (Uber and Lyft drop-off / pickup), bikes and walkups are not allowed.

Parking

8. Parking is FREE unless you have upgraded and paid for VIP parking. If you purchased VIP parking, have your parking pass printed on the dash or readily available on the phone.

General Information

9. This is a CASHLESS EVENT All stands (concessions and merchandise) only accept credit cards.

10. Small personal-sized backpacks are okay. If unsure, we recommend

using a clear event bag (what is permitted at NFL games) or a grocery bag.

11. Guests may bring in one sealed (clear plastic bottle 20oz or less) bottle of water per person. Additional beverages and outside food are not permitted.

12. Guests may leave a cooler in their car with water.

13. Stainless steel tumblers are not permitted.

14. Dress in layers and bring sunscreen. For those with hearing

sensitivity, we suggest bringing hearing protection.

15. Coffee will not be served at the event. Make sure to bring some on your car ride if you would like.

16. It will take time to exit the venue. Please be patient and courteous to other drivers.
